We favor companies with business models that bring a disruptive edge to industries that are traditionally perceived as less-exciting. As a family office, we are able to dedicate more time operationally to understand companies beyond what the financials show.

We focus on companies with up to $5 million in EBITDA. Our focus and expertise includes growth equity investments, add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies, recapitalizations and company turnarounds. Our approach for value creation is through operational improvements and necessary capital structure changes as opposed to financial engineering.
