Bryan Ganz – bryan@neindustrialpartners.com

Bryan founded Northeast Industrial Partners in 2013. Bryan has a long track record in managing and successfully improving a wide array of businesses in the financial, real estate and industrial space. Prior to the formation of Northeast Industrial Partners, Bryan held CEO positions of various industrial and real estate businesses. More recently, he led a buyout transaction that yielded investors 6.7x their original investment. Earlier in his career, he took a manufacturing business from $20 million in sales to $500 million. Additionally, Bryan has significant board member experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. He has served on the Board of Governors of Citizens Against Government Waste, a watchdog organization dedicated to promoting fiscal responsibility within Congress. Bryan also served on the board of U.S. Shipping, a publicly traded MLP and was head of the company’s audit committee. Bryan started his career on Wall Street in the investment advisor space and founded Paramount Capital Group, which was later sold.

Bryan graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s Business School with a BSBA in accounting in 1980. In 1983 Mr. Ganz received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Ganz was admitted to the New York Bar.

Victor joined Northeast Industrial Partners in 2016. Victor brings several years of financial and managerial experience in the industrial and real estate space. Prior to joining Northeast Industrial Partners, he was responsible for all the real estate investing activities of Scudder Bay Capital, an owner operator of 250 unit 1-4 family rental properties. Within a span of 2 years, he led the turnaround of the company to profitability through operational improvements and recapitalization of the company.

Victor graduated with great honors from Dickinson College with a BA in international business and management in 2013.
